On the matter of the integration of the banners coming from ʿAṭbara. After having met with them, it was agreed that since they were not enough to constitute a quarter (rubʿ) [The quarter was the core unit of the Mahdist army. Its strength could vary greatly but comprised of at least several hundred men] that they should be integrated into banners of the reinforcements.
