On the slaves that ʿAwaḍ al-Karīm Kāfūt and Khalid ʿUmar sent to khūr Baraka so that they can find food there, as the situation was dire in Tūkar in 1308. Those slaves were seized by the group of Aḥmad Badawī who surrendered them to the shaykh al-Naṣrī in Kasalā. ʿAwaḍ al-Karīm Kāfūt and Khalid ʿUmar have asked many times for their slaves to be returned to them, but never got an answer. They ask the Khalīfa to support their claim.
On the matter of the slaves of ʿAwaḍ al-Karīm Kāfūt and Khalid ʿUmar.
