On the request of Mūsā Aḥmad al-Bashīr and his umarāʾ to visit the Khalīfa. They inform ʿUthmān Diqna that they arrived to Kasalā from Omdurmān. Because of the famine in 1306, many of them died or went to Omdurman, and now only 40 of them remain.
