Muḥammad al-Nūr Ḥusayn reminds him that being responsible for the treasury is a heavy burden, “except for outstanding personalities”. Indeed, he adds that particularly in the west, most of the guest are hosted there, not only the camel-post, but also others, and some request things that cannot be granted.
