Ibrāhīm Naṣr explains that he has been responsible for the measuring of grain for a long period, for which he received 3 riyāl every month. But whenever a detachment leaves for a raid, he has been harassed by the anṣār, probably because he does not take part in the jihād. He has already complained to his ʿāmil, in vain, and now asks from ʿUthmān Diqna that he takes measures against this, or discharge him from his service.
