This letter, likely written by, the delegates sent by the Khalīfa to Tūkar to assess the situation, indicates the reasons of their coming, insisting on religious practices, and an indictment of the behaviour of the anṣār.
End of the text which begins in NRO-M001099. It states the religious duties that should be performed by the anṣār as gathering for Friday prayer and reading of the Rātib (the core text of the Mahdiyya).
